I have 18 years of teaching experience in the Higher Education sector in Pakistan and UK. I am a member of the CIPD, DMI and CABS, and a Fellow of Advance HE, UK. My area of specialization is Human Resource Management and learning and Development. My PhD is in Gender and Politics. I have extensive experience of teaching and supervising students at Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral levels. I also mentor and coach girls and women in personal and professional development.

My other interest is in mind sciences, neuroscience and spirituality. I have studied CBT, NLP and Dr. Joe Dispenza’s and Dr. Bruce Lipton’s work in mind sciences. I am a certified PSYCH-K® facilitator, a programme designed at changing limiting subconscious beliefs. I have attended several spiritual workshops and retreats, accessing higher states of consciousness. These have been life-changing for me and have spurred me towards the path of teaching the same to others. I have also developed a model using the principles of Spirituality, Neuroscience and Quantum Physics, and use it to teach personal and professional development to Management Sciences and Healthcare students. I have now enrolled in a MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology, which I am eagerly looking forward to studying. As is evident, I am a huge supporter of ‘change from within’.
